The following course is fully accredited by the APM Group is intended to bridge the gap between the ITIL V2 Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management and the ITIL V3 Expert in IT Service Management.Target Audience:
This course has been designed for those who already hold an ITIL V2 Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management (or an earlier ITIL version) who wish to update their qualification to the latest version of ITIL - gaining them the ITIL V3 Expert in IT Service Management qualification.
Objectives:
- To take delegates through the main differences made to ITIL since the latest release
- To teach the concepts and principles embodied in ITIL V3, paying close attention to those that have changed since the latest release of the methodology
- To prepare delegates for The ITIL Bridge Qualification: ITIL V1/V2 Manager’s to ITIL V3 Expert
