Booking your ITIL exam with Prometric

Using your ITIL exam voucher

Exam vouchers provided with ITIL V3 elearning courses from ILX Group can be redeemed in numerous locations internationally and are valid for 12 months from purchase.

You can take your exam through Prometric who provide exam centres in locations worldwide.

In order to book your ITIL exam, make sure you have your exam voucher with you and follow these steps:

1. Go to the Prometric online exam booking site (opens in a new window)
2. Select your testing program by checking the Information Technology (IT Certification) radio button and then choosing EXIN or ISEB in the drop down box depending on your voucher.
3. Select your country and state (if applicable) from the drop down boxes and click the Next button.
4. Click on Schedule An Appointment.
5. At the bottom of the description page that is shown, click the Next button.
6. Select your exam:
   1. For ISEB vouchers select: BH0-006 - ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management
   2. For EXIN vouchers select: EXO-101 - ITIL Foundation v.3
7. Click the Next button and choose a convenient test centre and appointment time.
8. Once you arrive at the payment page enter your voucher number to pay for the exam.
